Valuation Services
Surplex has experience in

Preparations
As soon as general conditions
have been established, all
objects will be categorised in
logical groups on site and the
order of presentation will be
determined to ensure a
well-organised and engaging
auction. All positions will be
digitally photographed, listed
and catalogued. The catalogues
will be made available to
prospective buyers in digital
and printed form.

Auction Day
The auction day is well
organized – certainly in
compliance with safety, security
and privacy concerns.
Prospective buyers will be
registered fast and easily via
an onsite computer network.
Transactions can be matched to
customers immediately after the
auction ended. Bills and
receipts can also be made
available immediately after the
auction.
The collected data will only be
used by Surplex – and will not
be made available to third
parties.
It is also possible to submit
proxy bids before the auction
starts. All necessary forms can
be found in the
download area.
Payments can be made cash or by
cheque (for immediate removal a
bank guaranteed cheque is
required). After full payment is
received the auctioned items can
be removed. All necessary forms
and our terms and conditions can
also be found in the
download
area.
Completion
The site will be cleared and
cleaned-up within a few days of
the auction. A final summary
meeting is held to review the
sale and the proceeds generated.
Private Treaty Sales
At times it is preferred to sell
a company as a whole. In those
special cases Surplex is also
your partner for all sales,
negotiations and marketing
activities.
