TRUMPF punching machines

TRUMPF manufactures machines for the widest variety of punching applications. Their machines can also simultaneously be used for material separation, sheet-metal forming and marking procedures. For TRUMPF, punching means a large selection of finishes, shapes and varnishes. Dividing material is one of a punching machine’s most important tasks and TRUMPF has just the right punching/cutting tool for any application. TRUMPF forming tools are available to increase process security and enable full processing on one device. These machines are also ideal where identifying marks need to be placed on components, such as series/batch numbers or manufacture dates.

TRUMPF automation

TRUMPF supplies turn-key automation solutions for their punching machines. Their automation is based on SheetMaster, which loads and unloads workpieces automatically. The SortMaster Box can also be used to automatically sort small parts, whereas the GripMaster can take control of removing and handling scrap skeletons. The ShearMaster then shreds these left-over sheets into smaller pieces, which can subsequently be sent for scrap handling by the DisposeMaster. This device sorts the shredded scrap skeletons and punching slugs according to three material types. The ToolMaster is a tool magazine capable of holding between 40 and 70 additional tools and enables orders requiring many tools to be performed efficiently on the corresponding punching or punch-laser machines.
