Description
| 1 X MALI 37 x 450 mm Rigid Stranding Line, Mod. KVR 6+12+18/450, Rigid stranding line suitable to produce 37 wire round copper or aluminium conductors. As the stranding cages can work in tandem, it is possible in 2 and 3 steps operations to strand respectively up to 54,61 and 91 wires giving the possibility to make the following stranding constructions: 1+6+12+18 in one step 1+6+12+18+24 in 2 steps 1+6+12+18+24+30 in 3 steps It can also be used for laying up insulated conductors. The line is made up with: -6 bobbin stranding cage - Die holder - Binding head - 12 bobbin stranding cage - Die holder - Binding head – 18 bobbin stranding cages, equipped with tandem tube - Die holder - 2 pad taping head - Line shaft - DC motor for speed control - Electrical panel, Asea made. - About 160 bobbins 450 mm Lay-lengths are preset by gear box on capstan. Capstan is no more available. We can supply other capstan on request Each cage has also a gear box with Left / Right operation on its reducer for cage speed control (no change gear) Pay-off and take-up are not available with the line.
