Components of the system are;

• Container station with collecting tray and feed pumps
• High-pressure foaming machine type CANNON A-Compact 100 FC

The foaming machine is equipped with two Cannon FPL 18 HP mixing heads for feeding the mixture into the closed mould.

• Panel press type PMC 188 - 2+2 / 6,500 x 1,600 mm
• Machine platform for holding all wet part elements as well as the control unit and hydraulic unit of the press
• Hose line and pipework as a connection between the foaming machine and mixing heads
• Mixing head manipulator - motorised support over the entire length of the press
• Mixing head manipulator - motorised support over the entire length of the press and swivelling manipulator for foaming housings
