The auctions' winning bidder will receive an invoice with auction commission and dismantling & loading cost (if any) from Surplex, while the invoice with the hammer price price will be obtained directly from the from the vehicle owner, not from Surplex GmbH.
In full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in force in Italy, all the needed activities for the vehicle ownership’s change as for example and not exhaustive, change of ownership, vehicle license plate number de-registration owing to exportation in the EC, MOT-test, cancellation of encumbrances or mortgages, request duplicate documents, a.s.o., will have to be performed, within the terms provided, by the winning bidder.

Surplex will suggest the contact of an Automobile Documentation Agency, that could support the winning bidder for all the carrying out of the necessary administrative practices.
A copy of the ownership change will have to be sent to Surplex a.s.a.p.
Vehicles can be collected only after that the vehicle ownership change has been disposed and arranged with the Automobile Documentation Agency.
The vehicle pick-up has to be arranged by loading it on Vehicles Transporter – Tow Trucks
