Customer Service Agent

Düsseldorf Main Site  - To start immediately - Full-time

Your Tasks
As a Customer Service Agent/in you are the first point of contact for our customers: You keep in regular contact with our staff in order to contribute towards managing and resolving complaints, as well as helping to build, shape and maintain positive customer relationships. You manage customer information and inquires on our systems, keep in direct contact with our customers, and also welcome and take care of our guests.

Your Profile
• Team working skills, enthusiasm, and self-reliance
• You demonstrate a customer-orientated, friendly and pleasant manner in the way which you conduct your work
• You have completed commercial training or studying, and have prior work experience as a Customer Service Agent
• Very good German and English skills, in both a spoken and written capacity (further language skills are also an advantage)
• Good familiarity with common computer programs (e.g. MS Office) and CRM systems (experience using SalesForce is an advantage)
