Definition: Grinding & Polishing Lines
Grinding and polishing lines are in high demand in serial production. Conventional grinding machines work neither with enough precision nor in a cost-effective manner. But automated production lines, which combine different belt grinders and polishing units, result in a perfect finishing. Unevenness is removed down to a thousandth of a millimetre. Only then are the ground and polished workpieces adequately prepared for subsequent coating. As with all machines, investment costs can be reduced if the grinding & polishing line is purchased as used. Beside other used machinery, Surplex also offers used surface engineering equipment.
