Reliable Performance
The high efficiency belt driven Cyclon profile air end features automatic belt tensioning, heavy duty taper and roller bearings and low rotational speeds.? The air / oil separation features spin on/off separateor element, ensuring minimal oil carry over, whilst oil and aftercoolers maintain an air delivery temperature of less than 10oC above ambient.
Energy Efficient
Energy saving on/off load control via a pressure transducer, with an adjustable run on timer to stop the compressor during periods of low demand. All Cyclon air compressors are fitted with high efficiency driver motors.? IP54 on 105-222 models, IP22 on 330 – 345 models.

Operation of Cyclon compressors could not be simpler.? The Surescan electronic control system provides comprehensive information on running and service condition.? Any faults can be located via the mimic board. Surescan control features include:
