This is a sale through a commission agent managed by Surplex. Following the award, the customer will receive from Surplex the invoice relating to the auction commission and the dismantling & loading cost (if applicable). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Practices Agency where all administrative procedures will be carried out.

Vehicles can only be collected after completing the ownership transfer procedures. A copy of the vehicle's ownership transfer must be filed with Surplex.
