Description
Lot consisting of 2 DEUTZ MWM cogeneration plants, each consisting of a DEUTZ MWM diesel engine BV16M640 coupled to an AVK generator.
Each unit has a 16-cylinder V-engine with a nominal power of 6,590 kW at 600 rpm, an AVK generator of 7,974 kW, a voltage of 6,000 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
Both engines underwent major maintenance corresponding to the 18,000-hour step during 2019.
The work carried out included the complete disassembly of the engines, reconditioning of cylinder heads, replacement of guides, seats and intake valves, revision and reconditioning of pistons and connecting rods, replacement of pistons as required, assembly of new rings, bearings and gaskets, revision and burnishing of liners, reconditioning of injection pumps and injectors, revision of the crankshaft, camshaft, tappets, exhaust system, air coolers and other auxiliary components. After the assembly, the filming and the corresponding functional tests were carried out.
The No. 1 engine logs 98,860 documented hours according to 2019 maintenance records and testing protocol.
Each plant is supplied with an engine, generator, bed, cooling systems, exhaust system, pipes and auxiliary equipment installed.
Year of manufacture of the engines: 1996.
Commissioning of the installation: 1998.
Condition: used.
