Company Truck IVECO/FASSI MAGIRUS A260 s - F415 a/455AXP25

This is a commissioned sale handled by Surplex. Following the adjudication, the client will receive from Surplex the invoice inherent in the auction commission and the cost of surveillance at pickup (300 euros/day). Subsequent to the balance of the preceding, he will receive the invoice of the adjudication price plus VAT directly from the bankruptcy trustee.

All taxes and fees associated with the sale will be borne by the successful bidder (e.g., cancellation of transcription of any liens or mortgages, payment of property tax, overhaul, fee of the Car Practice Agency that will carry out the process of license plate and vehicle document cancellation).

Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Practice Agency at which all paperwork will be completed.

Vehicles can be picked up only after completing the operations related to the transfer of ownership. A copy of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle will have to be filed with Surplex.

N.B.: TIMES FOR COMPLETING PRACTICE MAY REQUIRE UP TO 6 MONTHS

INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE ON-SITE TO VERIFY ITS ACTUAL STATUS IS RECOMMENDED.  
A fee of 300 euros will be charged for the availability of the person who will supervise the operations of collecting the property.
