The refund of the deposit will be made as soon as the customer has submitted the export documents necessary to prove the tax-free delivery to us and these have been successfully checked.
If you commission Surplex with the transport, the deposit can usually be waived. You can request a transport quotation from your responsible logistics specialist. You will find the contact details on your invoice.
