LEAS SCN 1500x900 Continuous CN welding machine

Wheel welding machine in a water bath, perfect for welding tubs to steel worktops.

It uses the same technology as a spot welder, but applied continuously via a wheel, which allows for continuous, stagnant welding between sheets. The water jet allows the steel not to heat up and not deform. Also equipped with two additional water collection tanks suitable for surfaces up to 5 meters long.
Its working range is 1500 x 900mm, welding speed from 3 to 7 m/min depending on the thicknesses to be welded.

No programming software is needed as everything is done from the machine. The production cycle on the machine consists of a first spot welding phase to lock the tank to the surface, followed by the actual welding, a single cycle without tool changing.

Machine not used since 2018, used for about a hundred hours, practically still new, only the NC battery needs to be replaced and the back up reloaded.

There are some sink templates available that can be supplied.
