EQUIPMENT Air conditioning Electric windows in the front Central locking CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE AND ANY DEFECTS Bodywork: The vehicle has scratches, dents and minor damage all around that are commensurate with its age and use as an official vehicle. Please refer to the attached photos for a detailed picture of the condition of the bodywork. The vehicle also still bears the original police stickers. These stickers and any inscriptions must be removed before the vehicle is used or registered on public roads. This is a responsibility of the buyer. Battery: The battery is flat. The vehicle starts and drives via jump start (jump-start cables or jump-starter). Mechanical: The vehicle starts and moves on the spot. The exact mechanical condition for long distances is unknown. No warranty is given on the engine, gearbox, clutch, turbo, cooling system or electrical installation. Seats: The vehicle is registered as a 9-seater but currently only 4 to 5 seats are available. The buyer must provide the missing seats himself if he wishes to use the vehicle as a 9-seater or to register it. Inspection comments: During the last inspection, the following points were noted that require repair or attention for a new MOT inspection: • Rear right shock absorber: the condition of this shock absorber must be checked. • Exhaust: the condition of the exhaust system must be checked. • Chassis or trunk: a deformation was noted. General condition: The vehicle shows normal signs of wear for a car of this age and mileage. Note: As there is no viewing day, the buyer is requested to read this description thoroughly and look at the photos carefully. The vehicle is sold in the condition it is in. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE The vehicle is sold in the condition it is in, i.e. without any form of warranty or take-back. The buyer is expected to know the condition of the vehicle on the basis of this description and the attached photos. The vehicle is ideally suited for traders, exporters or project builders. The police stickers on the bodywork must be removed by the buyer before use on public roads. The buyer should take into account that the vehicle currently has only 4 to 5 seats and that the remaining seats must be placed if the vehicle wishes to be used as a 9-seater. There is no guarantee on the mileage, although it was read from the inspection certificate. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the vehicle complies with the local laws and regulations for registration in the country of destination.
