Pyrolysis Plant for Recycling Waste Tires, Rubber and Plastics Fully functional test facility for the thermal recycling of shredded scrap tires, rubber tracks, industrial rubber and certain plastic fractions (e.g. PE, PP). The reactor holds around 60 tires (approx. 750–1,000 kg input) per batch at approx. 450 °C, cycle time approx. 8 hours. The touchscreen for operation is currently defective, which can be fixed.
