• Het betreft een veiling enkel per opbod. Er wordt geen afslag georganiseerd;
• Tijdens de veiling kunnen actieve bieders telefonisch of schriftelijk worden benaderd ter verificatie van biedingen en voor het opvragen van een bankverklaring. Dit dient ter bescherming van zowel de bieder als het biedproces. Het is daarom van belang dat bieders gedurende de veiling bereikbaar zijn. Troostwijk behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts te blokkeren en biedingen te verwijderen. In dat geval kan een bieder die eerst hoogste bieder was maar overboden daarna opnieuw de hoogste bieder worden en aan de koop worden gehouden;
• Na gunning van de opdrachtgever dient er binnen 48 uur een aanbetalingsnota van 20% van de koopsom te worden gestort, + veilingkosten dienen betaald te worden;
