For sale is a modern, brand-new SKLP SK-37 tiny house with a fold-out living module. The unit has only been installed once for trial use and is in mint condition – ideal as a garden shed, office, guest house or temporary living module.

• Fully equipped bathroom with toilet, sink and shower
• Modern glass double door with steel frame
• Electrics and plumbing are pre-assembled

Condition:
The Tiny House is new and uninhabited. Only the sink and a small cabinet in the bathroom, which is easily replaceable, as well as a small dent on the roof were damaged by the transport (see pictures). All other components are in perfect condition.

- Condition:
The Tiny House is new and uninhabited. During transport, there were two minor damages:
1. The bathroom cabinet and sink were damaged (see pictures) – replacement possible.
2. There is a small dent in the upper frame area on one outer edge (also visible in the photos).
These visual defects do not impair functionality.
