This new Tiny house was built on a trailer ( Chassis with 6 wheels and slewing ring at the front ideal for short turning. This tiny house was made with very solid and ecological materials. The perfect solution for those who want to live compactly and sustainably. Built by a company specialized in timber frame construction/roofing & interior joinery. Dimensions: Width 2.55 meters Length 6.85 meters (without drawbar) Height 4 meters Construction & finish: Fully insulated Double glazing Thermowood façade cladding Resitrix epdm roofing (with warranty) Interior: Beams in poplar planed and oiled ( from our own wood extraction ) Walls in mdf white lacquered Mezanine Welded with solid poplar planking Kitchen/bathroom : Kitchen in poplar The kitchen is equipped with : -Pump basin & tap -Fridge -Oven as well as space for a stove above the oven: there is electricity. Equipped for induction or electric cooking as well as a gas casing for gas cooking. Shower equipped with a 60 liter boiler Toilet to be chosen by copper ( Flush toilet, dry toilet, chemical toilet... ) Water is provided for both a toilet and washing machine. This Tiny house is immediately available, transport can be arranged at an additional cost (price depends on the location) (for further finishing of eg: extra storage cupboards, bench, toilet.... can also be finished further if desired )
