Two-stage plastic sorting system with TOMRA AUTOSORT and INNOSORT FLAKE
Sorting system for the automated separation of plastics according to polymer type and color, equipped with NIR and RGB camera systems.
Line A/B: Pre-sorting of coarse shredder material using TOMRA AUTOSORT
Line D/E: Fine sorting of plastic flakes using INNOSORT FLAKE
Material flow:
• Feeding via big bags
• Feeding via pneumatic conveying system
• Dedusting by vibrating screen and central extraction
• Coarse fraction → line A/B with TOMRA AUTOSORT
• Fine fraction → line D/E with TOMRA INNOSORT FLAKE
• Separation by polymer, color and transparency
• Blowing out into fraction tank
TOMRA AUTOSORT:
• NIR + color camera
• Sorting of coarse mixed plastics
• Separation of impurities
TOMRA INNOSORT FLAKE:
• Dual sensor system (NIR + RGB)
• Fine sorting of regrind / flakes
• Goal: Recyclate quality
Other components:
• motan METROnet control (Siemens S7)
• Claw vacuum pumps (2× 8.25 kW, oil-free)
• Central filter with automatic cleaning
• Piping system Ø 60 mm (aluminium + hose)
