Description
Equipped with: With 2 additional attachments, Colchester Magnum 1250 with Newall DP700 digital readout is a heavy duty conventional lathe with 2-axis precision display accurate to 0.005 mm, Colchester Magnum 1250 is a heavy duty precision lathe from 1981 with a turning length of 2 – 3 m, turning diameter up to 600 mm, spindle bore of 105 mm, speed range 25 – 2000 rpm and 11 – 15 kW motor power
The Newall DP700 is a 2- or 3-axis digital readout (DRO) with a resolution of 0.005 mm, a dual LED display for X/Z axis, compatible with Spherosyn or Microsyn encoders, equipped with functions such as absolute/incremental measurement, radius/diameter mode, center point finder, arc and pitch calculation and zero point memory, operated via a numeric keypad, operating at 100–240 V AC (50/60 Hz) with an accuracy of ±5 μm, suitable for lathes, milling machines and grinding machines, and executed in a dust and splash proof housing (IP53).
