Remarks
At the moment we cannot issue registration documents yet, because the liability for the vehicle has ended in the vehicle registration system. Therefore, the vehicle must first be transferred to the name of the new owner of the vehicle. Once the vehicle has been transferred, the registration documents are sent to the new owner.
In order to be able to transfer the vehicle without registration documents, we must send a letter to the new owner of the vehicle. This letter explains how the vehicle can be registered. Would you like to send me the name and address details of the new owner/holder of the vehicle? The new owner/holder must be registered in the Netherlands.
