Description
Equipped with: The Gildemeister CTV 250 is a vertical lathe, the lathe is ideal when short pieces with a large diameter need to be machined. Especially in the case of heavy parts, better results are achieved with a vertical lathe. With the Gildermeister CTV 250 it is possible to clamp in three-jaw with a back pressure of up to Ø250×110. Loading is done via a conveyor belt with pallets for a simple and efficient working method. Gildemeister CTV 250, 4-axis vertical lathe, Siemens 840D Power Line control, a spindle speed of up to 5,000 rpm and a spindle motor power of 20 kW, the machine has a turret with 12 tool positions, driven tools, a C-axis and a high-pressure pump, Siemens 840D power line, 3 axes, X-axis travel 650 MM, Y-AXIS TRAVEL: 50 MM, Z-AXIS TRAVEL: 300 MM, driven tools, spindle power 20kW, spindle speed 5000 Rpm, cone size VDI 40, 1 turret, 12 tool positions, tool holder: VDI 40, driven tools up to 4,000 Rpm, tool drive power: ~11.7 kW, Chuck/turning diameter: Ø 250 mm (Kitagawa B210)

Remarks
