The tickets must be picked up on 08.+09.04.2026 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., as well as on 10.04.2026 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. These dates are binding. For some lots, loading costs are due, which are already included in the auction costs. All other lots must be loaded independently. A forklift is available. The auctions are public and voluntary. All items are sold in the condition in which they lie and stand. It is expressly pointed out that no complete inventory and verification of the functionality of the auction objects will be carried out. Bidders are strongly advised to make use of the opportunity granted to them to inspect/examine the purchased items before submitting bids. No warranty. VAT DEPOSIT: Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer: • EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund. • Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
