2019 K.A.M. PU2Foam.PLWH.S CNC Gluing Machine

Fully automatic CNC-controlled PU foam adhesive application system from K.A.M. (Clay Adhesive Machinery), designed for the precise dosing and application of two-component PU foam and adhesive compounds to sheet and panel materials. The system is built around a robust gantry robot with a large working envelope, a flat processing table, integrated mixing and dosing unit, control cabinet with Siemens Sinumerik CNC control and a complete adhesive preparation system. The machine is suitable for automated production processes where high positioning accuracy and reproducible adhesive application are required. The plant is equipped with a gantry with multi-drive axes, automatic dosing head, mixing system and control box with touch screen and Sinumerik control. The system was produced in April 2019 by Klei Adhesive Machinery (K.A.M.), Ukraine. According to the available information, the plant must be put back into service by the manufacturer before it can be used operationally again.
