Consists of: vacuum boiler, with agitator, temperature measurement, double-walled tank, can be heated, position detector, separation filter, vacuum valve, 1500ltr, vacuum pump, frame with recess for pallet forks, Content: 1.5 m³, medium: Water / Oil, test pressure: 5.6 bar(g), design temperature: 180 °C, pressure range installation: -1 to 10 bar, spiral (heat exchanger), capacity: 0.05 m³, medium: Cooling water / Steam, test pressure: 15.4 bar, Vertical cylindrical process tank made of stainless steel, mounted on a steel support frame, tank is equipped with an integrated heat exchanger (spiral) for temperature control of the product, on top there is an inspection/manhole cover and a drive for agitator or mixing device (if applied), under the tank is a mechanical pump (vacuum or circulation pump) mounted for product transport or process support.
