Here are the estimated dimensions, quantities and approximate weight of the antique softwood beams.
It is mainly antique coniferous wood, probably pine or spruce, with the following typical cross-sections: • Square bars (main part):v approx. 15 × 15 cm to 20 × 20 cm
Lengths: usually between 2.5 m and 5.0 m
• Some round / flattened stems:
Ø approx. 14 – 18 cm, length similar
• Few narrower / flatter squared timbers:
e.g. 10 × 12 cm or 12 × 16 cm
• Number (estimated):
about 60–80 pieces, varying greatly in length and cross-section
The weight is estimated at several tons.
