Description
This also includes strapping scissors, a coiled wire manipulator.
This is a single-man machine used to draw wires from the starting material or from a diameter to the starting diameter required for pressing. The machine consists of a drawing drum, which is driven by an electric motor and the speed of the box. The machine is equipped with either a plugging by cutting or pre-rotated raw material is used. The extruded or derotated end is attached to the drawing tongs, which are located in the groove of the drum. In front of the drum is placed an iron with a die and a box for a fork strap. The machine includes unwinding strapping and weighing stands. The machine is directly dependent on the motor and the drawn raw material.
