Fritz Krüsi ZA-66 – Professional tenon cutting machine for carpentry

for the production of precise tenons, slots and cross-sections in heavy construction timber.

1. Main sawing unit
• Large circular saw blade (Ø approx. 450 mm)
• Height-adjustable via spindle drive
• With laser guidance for precise alignment – visible in use
• Robust feed table with lateral guide
• Length stop & clamping device mechanically
adjustable
2. Spigot/slot milling unit
• 3 milling units side by side, each with its own motor
• Horizontally and vertically adjustable
• Cutting units can be
used in parallel or sequentially • Protective covers mounted
• Ideal for slotted tenon joints in large structural timber

3. Cross-cut saw unit
• Double saw with separate height adjustment
• 2 counter-rotating saw blades with protective cover
• Positioned behind the main saw for longitudinal or miter cuts

4.Table and feed system
• Large steel table with sliding guide
• Manual clamping device for workpieces
• Laser beam precisely aligned
with the saw blade alignment • Linear guide and stop rail with millimeter scale
