Description
The GRAM/HOSHIZAKI BÄKO-Line SKS 64 CCG is a plug-in cream climate cabinet for professional use in bakeries, confectioneries and bakery businesses. The device is particularly suitable for sensitive goods such as cream cakes, cream cakes, desserts and confectionery products, which must be reliably cooled and at the same time gently stored.
The special circulating air cooling with suction air ducting reduces a direct air flow to the goods. This allows sensitive baked goods to be better protected from drying out or skinning. The temperature range from minus 5 degrees Celsius to plus 12 degrees Celsius can be controlled via the digital temperature display.
The robust stainless steel design of the housing and interior is designed for daily commercial use and can be hygienically cleaned. The cabinet is suitable for trays in the format 600 x 400 mm and is supplied with 10 pairs of support rails. The plug-in version with 230 volt connection enables easy commissioning.
