Description
- Complete shredding line for the treatment of recycled wood, pallets and industrial waste.
- Includes:
• Feed hopper with metal chain conveyor for material loading.
• Metal removal system consisting of suspended magnetic separator for ferrous elements and CASSEL metal detector for detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• HAMMEL NZ-S 1000 D shredder: motor power 250 KW-1485 rpm, rotor diameter 1000 mm, rotor length 1500 mm, 72 knives, control panel.
• Crusher outlet conveyor belt.
• Final conveyor belt for unloading the material, with suspended magnetic separator for the removal of residual metals before storage.
