Description
The HOSHIZAKI CM-50KE-HC is a compact, plug-in cubelet ice maker for restaurants, bars, cafés, restaurants and other professional applications. The device produces up to 55 kilograms of cubelet ice in 24 hours and works with air-cooled technology.
Cubelet ice consists of small, pellet-like pieces of ice that cool drinks quickly and are ideal for soft drinks, cocktails, bottle cooling and food presentation.
The unit uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 and has an efficient screw conveyor system. The housing and screw are made of stainless steel. The closed water cycle supports hygienic ice production. Thanks to the plug-and-play design, commissioning is simple and fast.
