Description
The Hoshizaki FM-600AKE-R452N-SB is a modular nugget ice maker for professional use in restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens, bars and food areas. The device produces up to 530 kilograms of nuggete ice cream in 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 10 degrees Celsius and a water temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.
The ice maker is air-cooled and has a closed water circuit, an automatic rinsing cycle and the CleanCycle6 system, which rinses out accumulated contaminants every 6 hours. The electronic control, easy-to-clean air filters, and stainless steel frame inside support reliable operation and easy maintenance.
The auger is made of double-hardened stainless steel, while carbon ball bearings allow it to operate without grease. The body is made of AISI 441 stainless steel, the back is made of galvanized steel. The Hoshizaki FM-600AKE-R452N-SB is compatible with the B-140SB, B-210SB and B-340SB reservoirs, making it ideal for operations with high ice demands.
