Description
The Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BRA is a high-quality sushi display case with machine compartment on the right side. It is particularly suitable for the professional presentation of sushi, fish and other sensitive, chilled foods in restaurants, counter areas and sales.
The display case works with the natural refrigerant R600a and is designed for food-safe cooling at around 5 degrees Celsius. The even, diffuse airflow ensures gentle cooling without forced air circulation. This reduces the drying out of sensitive foods and supports the freshness of the goods.
For flexible temperature control, the inner shell can be turned up or down as needed. An integrated thermometer helps to keep an eye on the indoor temperature at all times. The attractive frost layer on the evaporator also ensures a high-quality presentation of goods without condensation dripping off.
The sliding doors with a height of 150 millimetres and the lightweight ABS shells with a wavy profile are easy to remove and facilitate daily cleaning. The practical anti-slip surface offers additional comfort in everyday work.
