Description
The Hoshizaki IM-240DNE-HC ice cube maker is a high-performance, modular ice cube maker for professional use in restaurants, hotels, bars, commercial kitchens and catering areas. The device produces up to 210 kilograms of ice cubes within 24 hours and is designed for the production of standard-sized L-cubes.
The model is air-cooled and uses the natural refrigerant R290, which stands for energy-efficient and environmentally conscious operation. Due to the stackable design, ice cream production can be expanded if required. The ice maker can be combined with suitable storage containers, making it particularly suitable for companies with high ice requirements.
For high ice quality, fresh water is used in each ice cycle. The ice cubes are formed clearly, precisely and dissolve slowly, making them particularly suitable for cocktails, long drinks and high-quality beverages. The automatic rinsing system empties the water tank after each production and refills it with fresh water. The closed water circuit and magnetic coupling of the water pump reduce possible contamination in the ice making process.
