Longitudinal cutting line with oscillating shear

Longitudinal cutting line for sheet metal composed of entry roller table, cutting and punching stations and exit roller conveyor, designed for continuous production of strips from metal sheets or coils.

Main technical characteristics

• Maximum cutting set-up along the line: approx. 500 mm strip length.
• Maximum sheet width at cutting machine: approx. 1,000 mm.
• Oscillating blade shear TACI-ILMA type 2510, mechanical drive with cylindrical gear reducer and lubrication according to SAE-90 oil.

Dimensions and application

• Approximate overall dimensions of the installed line: 8,000 x 2,400 x 1,700 mm (L x W x H).
• Suitable for longitudinal cutting and punching of sheet metal in stamping or metalworking lines, subject to verification of capacities and tooling by the buyer.

• The lot is delivered loaded on a truck. Dismantling and loading costs are indicated as additional costs.
