LIAOYANG CQ115 Turbular bowl centrifuge + platform

This centrifuge is designed for solid particle separation. It is used in the food industry, with low mileage. Purpose: Separation of proteins, bacteria, and clarification of wines, juices, and oils. The control box allows for speed control with a maximum centrifugal force of 17,000G (18,000 rpm). Solid particles settle in the 7L bowl. Centrifuge capacity is 300-700L/h, depending on the density of the separated mixtures. The centrifuge is made entirely of 316L steel and powered by a 3KW motor. The centrifuge is equipped with interchangeable spray nozzles, allowing for the separation of liquids of varying viscosities and densities. The centrifuge connections are equipped with triclamp connectors and a 50mm disc. The centrifuge is CE certified. The centrifuge comes with: • consumable spare parts, including seals, belts, and bearings • concrete pedestal with mounting brackets • accessories for cleaning and emptying the centrifuge bowl A feed pump with a minimum capacity of 3 L/min (not included) is required for operation. The centrifuge is available immediately in Poland. Transport to your destination can be arranged.
