Description
Painting line with pretreatment and ovens
Type: Continuous powder coating line with chemical pretreatment tunnel, powder booths and drying/curing ovens
Components: Overhead conveyor with hangers for parts transport through all process stages
Pretreatment tunnel: Multiple stainless-steel tanks for degreasing, phosphating, rinsing and final rinse, including pumps, piping and access platforms
Heating system: Gas-fired heating and temperature control equipment for pretreatment baths and drying/curing sections
Powder coating booths: Separate powder spray booths for white and black colour, with extraction and cyclone-type powder recovery/filtering system
Drying / curing ovens: Continuous tunnel ovens for drying after pretreatment and final curing / polymerisation of powder, integrated in the conveyor line
Ancillary equipment: Control panels, exhaust fans and ducting, resistance/quality control station, storage and handling areas for chemicals
Approx. overall line layout: U-shaped tunnel running along the building, from pretreatment entry through powder booths to curing oven exit
