The successful tenderer must provide documentation suitable for safety and operate in compliance with the regulations in force.
He is responsible for the complete removal of goods, including any residues or disposals, and is responsible for any damage or alteration to the places, with an obligation to compensate or restore. The seller does not assume responsibility for damage to persons or property during collection operations.
The successful bidder is given the opportunity to be put in contact with technicians who can support / carry out the dismantling operations, upon estimate.
