ATTENTION: The lot includes the following works that must be carried out in this time order no later than 30 days from the award.
The total removal of the goods and correct disposal of the remaining NON-FERROUS materials after removal. The completefloor cleaning of the respective indoor and outdoor area. Access to the site will be allowed only after the delivery of all the documentation necessary for safety on site, according to the regulations in force and the specific provisions of the seller. Liability insurance is required for any damages. Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that the deadlines are met.
An advance payment will be required for surveillance costs at the collection operations in the amount of € 300 per day.
The lot includes goods that do not comply with CE regulations.
Purchase is therefore only permitted outside the European Community. Within the European Community, the purchase is allowed exclusively for the purpose of scrapping or bringing it up to standard, subject to the signing of a specific written commitment by the buyer.
