SINGLE LOT – SALE OF BUSINESS
UNIT CAREFULLY CONSULT THE NOTICE OF SALE - INSPECTION
IS RECOMMENDED The subject of the sale is a business unit as a whole, consisting of an organic set of capital goods suitable for the exercise of the activity.
The compendium includes machinery, equipment, movable capital goods and all the additional assets described in the appraisal report drawn up on 17/03/2026 and attached, as well as the lease contract relating to the property in which the activity is carried out.
Hardware, small parts and all goods not expressly indicated in the appraisal are excluded from the sale.
The transfer takes place en bloc, as a whole and not as a measure, in the state of fact and law in which the goods are located, according to the "seen and liked" formula, without any guarantee from the transferor company regarding defects, discrepancies, quality, compliance with current regulations or suitability for use.
Any technical, economic and regulatory verification remains the responsibility of the interested party.
STARTING AUCTION PRICE: EURO 150,000.00 PLUS LEGAL
CHARGES DEPOSIT REQUIRED: EURO 60,000.00 PLUS LEGAL
CHARGES COMMISSIONS: 3% ON THE HAMMER PRICE PLUS LEGAL
