IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a sale by a commission agent managed by Surplex. Following the award, the customer will receive from Surplex the invoice relating to the auction commission and the cost of dismantling/loading (if any). After the payment of the previous one, you will receive the invoice of the hammer price directly from the bankruptcy trustee. All taxes and rights related to the sale will be borne by the successful bidder (e.g. cancellation of the transcription of any encumbrances or mortgages, payment of the property tax, inspection, fee of the Car Practices Agency which will carry out the process of deregistration of license plates and documents of the vehicle). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Car Practice Agency where all the administrative procedures will be carried out. The vehicles can only be collected after completing the operations relating to the transfer of ownership. A copy of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle must be deposited with Surplex.
N.B.: THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK MAY TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE ON SITE TO VERIFY ITS ACTUAL CONDITION.
A recognition of €200 will be required for Surplex technical supervision at the time of collection.
