1. Overall view & structure
• Mobile unit with mixing unit, storage tanks, conveyor belt and control system.
• Very compact build, mounted on a steel frame, for mobile use.
• Conveyor belt swivel and height-adjustable (tooth strip visible).
2. Mixer
• Planetary mixer with multiple mixing arms.
• Lined with metal plates for greater stability
3. Screw conveyor
• Electric motor from SEW Eurodrive.
• Clean interior.
4. Material hopper
• Two separate storage tanks: for sand and gravel.
• Inclined sieve and discharge screw or belt for material conveying to the mixer.
Control & Electrics
• Siemens SIMATIC HMI touch panel for control.
• Control screen with manual dosing (sand, gravel, cement, admixtures, water).
• Control cabinet has clean wiring with various relays, fuses and PLC components.
• Card reader for user identification
