About this lot

For sale is a fully automated, interlinked sheet metal processing center of the Salvagnini brand, consisting of:

• P4L-3220 Lean bending machine (built in 2019)
• S4Xe.40 punching and shearing unit (built in 2015)
• MVT4000 high-bay warehouse with integrated handling and control (built in 2015)

The system is designed to process large-format sheets up to 4064 × 1524 mm. The bending machine processes material up to 4 mm steel, depending on the strength. The storage system has a load capacity of 3,000 kg per pallet. The bending area is fully programmable in both directions up to ±135°.

Equipment:
• SiX control system, CAM software SIMULX, job management via JOBLINE. Console
• Roland R1000 Inline Thickness Detection
• Automatic output with SAP34. POS, sorting turntable & vacuum gripper
• Includes extensive tool package (round and form punching tools, neatly stored)
• Additional modules: CLA-SIM, CUT. SPC31, Soft-Brush Table

All components are fully installed and ready for operation. The machine structure looks well-maintained, the control units functional, sensors and cable management neatly routed.

The entire plant is located in Munich (D) and can be visited and demonstrated by appointment.

Remarks:
The machine is fully functional and was in productive use until the very end. The optical signs of wear correspond to normal production operations. No indication of structural damage.
Control units, sensors and cabling look well-maintained. The vacuum grippers and storage lifts are mechanically intact, sensor displays (e.g. Roland R1000) are in operation. The tool package is completely and neatly sorted.
No original packaging available – machines are currently set up in Halle.
Viewing possible at the Munich location. Dismantling, loading and transport after consultation with the provider.

How can I bid on a lot?

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

How much does it cost to buy at Surplex?

There is a fee, the buyer's premium, added to each lot you win. The amount of the fee is shown on each individual lot. You see the buyer's premium for each lot when you are logged in as a customer at Surplex. Note that VAT is always added to your bid unless otherwise stated.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.

How does the payment process work?
