Lot consisting of machinery and various equipment for milk and cheese production
The sale of the lot includes the complete removal of the lot by the buyer, the activities must include:
1. The complete removal of all parts of the lot as represented in the auction.
2. The collection, proper management and immediate removal of any ordinary, special, hazardous, solid or liquid waste present within the lot or parts thereof.
3. The systems that are part of the building, such as: electrical lines, heating, ventilation, etc., must not be removed
. Any metal protrusions such as threaded rods drowned in concrete for fixing machinery must be cut flush with the floor
5. The complete floor cleaning of the area.
