Description
The Steinhauer machine is used for metal and plastic processing in the
Control cabinet construction and electrical production. Flat and
Beveled control cabinet components, such as mounting plates, doors,
Sidewalls and roofing sheets made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and various
Plastics. During the running time of the machine, it automatically brings in
pre-programmed drilling pattern onto the workpiece. The necessary
Tools are loaded by hand and in the further program sequence
automatically recorded.
The planning of the cabinet assembly is carried out using a CAD included in the scope of delivery
software or any other suitable third-party CAD program. The
CNC programs required for operation are automatically controlled by the
Steinhauer software (post-processor). Alternatively, you can use your own CNC
Programs can be operated via a DIN code interface.
