Description
Packing line for palletized loads
Automatic packing line for palletized products composed of powered roller conveyor, pallet calibrator and pallet wrapping machine, designed for integration at the end of a production or warehousing line. The system allows automatic transport, centering and wrapping of pallets prior to shipment, improving productivity and load stability.
Line components
- Powered roller conveyor for pallets, approx. 12,000 x 1,400 mm, with straight and curved sections for automatic infeed and outfeed of loads.
- Pallet calibrator / centering station with vertical frames and side guides for positioning and squaring pallets and boxes before wrapping.
- Pallet stretch wrapping machine with vertical mast and rotating arm for film wrapping of palletized loads.
- Control cabinet and operator station with PC and printer for management of line functions and labelling.
Dimensions and use
- Total approximate dimensions of the installed line: 27,000 x 2,400 x 4,000 mm (L x W x H).
- Suitable for handling Euro pallets and similar formats in logistics, packaging and dispatch areas.
- Functionality not tested
- The lot is delivered loaded on a truck. Dismantling and loading costs are indicated as additional costs.
