Description
Weingarten XK VII eccentric press, equipped with a pneumatic protective shield device from Schwarz and modernized control technology. The machine is in neat condition and is ideal for forming, stamping and embossing work with small to medium sheet thicknesses.
Equipment
Drive & Control:
• Electric motor with direct drive (visibly installed on the side)
• Foot pedal control for safe individual strokes
• Rotary selector switch for operating modes:
• 0 = Off
• 1 = Setup
• 2 = protective shield operation
• 3 = Single stroke
• 4 = Endurance run
• 5 = Automatic operation for protected tools
• Electrics with Siemens components (Q1, RCD, power contactors, F1/F2 fuse)
Safety engineering:
• Pneumatic protective screen device by Ph. Schwarz (type ST084A, built in 1979)
• Opening pressure: 5–7 bar
• Closing pressure: 0.5 bar
• Complete protective stem with transparent safety cladding
• Control of the protective device can be
switched off separately • Festo counter for recording the number of
strokes
Pneumatics:
• Air supply for protective cladding, secured by check and shut-off valves
• Control panel with electro-pneumatic control
