Pickup on July 20 and 21. For contact, see invoice (last page). All items are used goods that show corresponding signs of use. The goods are welcome to be viewed. No complaints will be accepted on site. Electric pallet trucks and a ramp are available for loading. There is no forklift available. Pallets or transport racks are not part of the auction. Buyer has to take care of packaging material and loading! WHEN PICKING UP, THE INVOICE WITH THE QR CODE MUST BE SHOWN AS PROOF. Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Deutschland on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer: • EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund. • Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
