- Logosol DH410 has a lot in common with our PH260. The machine is built on the same principles and most of its components are the same as PH260’s, which means that it is a very sturdy machine with a cast-iron machine table and separate motors for each cutter and the feeder. Both the machines also have the same type of knives and cutter heads.
- The difference is that DH410 works with two cutters instead of four. Four-sided planing is made by running the board twice through the machine, while you only machine the board once when planing and dimensioning two sides up to a width of 310 mm and a height of 100 mm
- Improvements in the model 2 include:
- 2-sided planing/moulding: width 325 mm, height max 100 mm
- planing (assembly required): width 410 mm, height 260 mm
- top cutter: diameter 72 mm, width 410 mm, output 3 kW, rotational speed 6000 rpm, take-off when planing 0-8 mm , take-off when moulding max. 10 mm
- side cutter: diameter of spindle axel 30 mm, cutter height max. 100 mm, diameter max. 140 mm, output 3 kW, rotational speed 6000 rpm, cutting depth max. 30 mm
- electric system: total output 6.2 kW, All motors are equipped with overheating protection, electrical connection 3-phase, 400 V, 16 A, 16A fuses are sufficient for less demanding production
