2021 Multibat Battery Concrete Formwork (Precast Concrete) - 12M x 1500mm

-Very well maintained and still in perfect condition with no known problems. -The battery is made up of mobile steel panels, length 12m, with a 6mm thick steel plating. -The central bulkhead is made up of a fixed walking floor with a panel with a height of 1500mm on one side and a panel with a height of 1000mm on the other side. -On 1 side of the central panel we provide 1 mobile end panel and 1 mobile intermediate panel, height 1500mm, on the other side 5 mobile intermediate panels and 1 mobile end panel, all 1000mm high. The capacity of the battery can be expanded by purchasing additional intermediate panels afterwards. -The panels are mounted on 6 double steel rails with a length of 6m, each rail is on 5 feet. Two of these rails are equipped with a guide slat that serves to drive the panels on. -A mechanism is integrated into the mobile panels that allows them to be moved and fixed manually. This mechanism consists of a spindle system that can move the wheels at the bottom of the panels in height so that the panels are released from their rails. The interior is bearing bearing and can be disassembled if necessary. -At the bottom, the panels are clamped by pressure spindles. At the top, the panels are tied off by Dywidag 15mm tension rods with matching anchor nuts, this tying can be done alternately. On top of the panels, a wooden profile is integrated between the cladding so that triangular mouldings, etc., can be applied in a simple way. -Configuration : • 1 fixed open central bulkhead, heights 1500mm and 1000mm. • 1 movable end panel with plating on one side, height 1500mm. • 1 movable intermediate panel with plating on both sides, height 1500mm. • 5 movable intermediate panels with cladding on both sides, height 1000mm. • 1 movable end panel with plating on one side, height 1000mm.
